The Event Center was and is funded entirely by donations. To date a total of $355,000 has been donated for the construction and completion of the center. The indoor arena has excellent footing for all equine related events. It has been the site of several clinics as well as an NCHA cutting event. The Ruritan Club hosted their annual Exotic Animal and Bird Auction here in March of 2005. The center is available to host your events, be they equine or agricultural related or just an event you need a good sized indoor area for. The Event Center does include an office area, indoor restrooms and a concession stand available for all your events. Roping equipment is in place for all your roping needs. There is roping practice every Saturday night.

Family, individual and corporate Riding Club memberships are currently being offered. A membership to the Harm & Tulleys Riding Club allows club members to participate in open riding times and events sponsored by the Riding Club itself. Open riding times are a minimum of two evenings per week and one afternoon per week. Weekend open riding is dependant on availability of the facility. Yearly Riding Club memberships will start October 1, 2008 and are valid through September 30, 2009. Renew your membership in October anytime and recieve a 10% discount!!!
The opportunity to advertise your business, farm or organization is available at the Harm & Tulleys Event Center. A professional 4' x 8' sign will be designed just for you! This is an outstanding opportunity for you to be seen! Thousands of people will see your advertisement at the Knox County Fair alone, plus the visitors attending other year round activities at the center, including the Ruritan Spring and Fall Exotic Animal Sale, Livestock Shows,4-H and FFA Events County, District, State and National Shows and more!!. The yearly cost of the advertising and sign is $300. To attain your sign, contact one of the board members.
